The manufacturing brand ‘Sjee Enterprises’ has a very rich-history which goes back to the 20th century. The history is associated with its name and the name is derived from two words: “SJ” stands for Shah Jee, the family name of Mr. Bashir Hussain Shah (Late) who is the founder of SJEE Enterprises and this enterprise is now a parent company of Sjee Enterprises Industries & S.JEEM Instruments (pvt) Ltd. The term “ Inox “ is another word for stainless steel, also known in French and some other languages. Today, Sjee Enterprises have several production units and all are owned by SHAH JEE family.
The beginnings of the Sjee Enterprises Industries date back to the 20th century, when Mr. Bashir Hussain Shah (Late) started from a small workshop as a local maker in the heart of Sialkot. He focused on the manufacture of the Medical & Kitchen Utensils at an early stage. But soon, he discontinued the work of Kitchen Utensils due to the higher demands of Medical Utensils from the exporters of Sialkot so he paid his full attentions to the Medical products and the first years of business for Mr. Bashir proved to be successful in the intense. In 1975, he moved to new building.
Soon after, Mr. Riaz Hussain came into his father’s business and he achieved another big milestone by moving into 59,895.00 Square Ft factory with having 100 workforce. Mr. Mukhtar Hussain Shah, who is the younger brother of Mr. Riaz, has done Mechanical Engineering Diploma from The Government Technical College of Sialkot and joined the Atomic Energy for his well experience. He got an experience for 4 years and joined his family-owned business in 2002. Because of his higher skills in mechanism and interest in the area of CSSD products, he started to focus on the export of its products throughout the international market. Later on, he extended an area of his factory to more than 100,000.00 Square Ft and resume his father’s business of Kitchen Utensils as well which was stopped by his father at an early stage due to the lower demands.
Today, Sjee Enterprises is running by the third generation. The manufacturing brand is producing products for hospitals and finding innovative solutions for House-Hold Storage by introducing new baskets. The products are selling to more than 80+ countries with a combine capacity of 8 millions plus units. Right now, Sjee Enterprises have several production units and all are owned by SHAH JEE family
